Movement and Perception
with
Gosia Winter
an exploration of inner perception with Bothmer Gymnastics
In beholding another’s movement, we are able to develop a more conscious understanding and perception not only of that person but of universal inner motifs expressed in gestures.
Working with children, we approach lovingly the mystery of each individual child through a heightened perception of their many aspects, including movement, that can lead us to knowing the next, concrete steps we may need to take in our professional relationships with them.
Using Bothmer movement exercises, observation and discussion, the aim of this workshop is to introduce these themes and contribute a perspective towards the perception of inner realities for each participant.
